Alexandra Cabot ran through the courthouse, she was late oh yeah she was very late. As she was thinking about the case at hand she was also wondering who the presideing judge was. She did NOT want it to be Judge Donnelly, not that she didn't like the woman actually she felt comfortable with her the only problem was the fact that Elizabeth Donnelly had the bad habit of not listening to you if you were late or were tardy or if you happened to forget that today you had a motion hearing!
With her blond hair swinging wildley behind her she ran through the courthouse like a manwoman. Running in through to the room she was supposed to go into she nearly fell, out of breath. "i'm so sorry your honor..." she said as she tried to not be out of breath anymore. She didn't want to tell either of them she over slept.

Judge Ashley Carter looks up from the papers she was looking at and gave Alexandra a sharp look "Miss Cabot nice of u to finally join us"as Judge Carter close the folder that she had open she crosses her arms "In my court room i expact u to be on time that means get hear when u are suppose to be here Miss Cabot"she leans forward and looks at Alexandra"Do u understand?

Alex nodded. She couldn't have gotten here any faster but she wasn't about to tell a mortal woman she had been training a bunch of teenage potential slayers no that would NOT have gone very well with anyone that didn't know what slayers and vampires were doing on the face of the earth. As she looked at the judge, and the lawyer all she could do was nod. "It won't happen again your honor..." she said as she put her hair out of her eyes. She was somewhat glad that it wasn't Judge Donnelly who was presideing, the not so good part of it all was she didn't know how this judge worked, she'd never seen the woman in her life.
"Um...as we stated in our briefs..." she began handing the judge her stack of folders. "We believe that while it would be a the defendant's right to face his accuser during trial, it would endanger the lives of the many minors that have no clear parental supervision and very limited supervision if any" she said as she tried to get herself back in check and figure out what she was saying. She knew what she wanted, she wanted the kids...the victims to be kept out of these proceeding these kids were five to twelve years old and she did NOT want to subject them to this long and hard trial.

Judge Ashley Carter looks at the infomation givin to her she looks up at Alesandra and removes her glasses from her face "Miss Cabot i dont see why the victoms cant face the dafendant"she lean back in her chair "But on another note i do understand the minors are to young to be subjected to a long trail"She looks at Alexandra"But i do want at least one of the older minors to testify do i make my self clear Miss Cabot court is in resase"

Alex was about to lose it but she let herself be composed this was no reason to lose it and besides the judge said only one had to testify not all of them so at least she should be grateful before anyone could say one more word however the window to the courtroom broke open. "What the?" Alex said sharply as she looked around herself. She realized it was...VAMPIRES...what the heck?
Alex realized one of them, Dru she looked as crazy as ever and she looked like she was having fun already. Before she could say or do anything Dru went for the Judge. "OH CRAP!" Alex cried out as she ran to stop her but three vampires blocked her path. She kicked one of them and managed to stake another one. "Judge Carter get outta here!" she tried to yell over the confusion and chaos.

Judge Carter looked around very confused and then looked at Alexandra:Miss Cabot what the hell is going on"She looks around only to find Dru coming after her "Oh God! Someone help me"

"Way ahead of you" Alex said as she turned swifley. She staked the vampire that was in front of her, the older woman needed help now and she didn't know what she'd do if she lost her. She felt so protective of everyone these days. "Come on" she grasped Ashley and pulled her behind herself so that now Alex was a shield.
Alex turned and used her own powers. She was a watcher, not a witch so she wasn't powerful enough to kill Dru but her powers sent Dru flying towards the witness stand and the wall. Using this moment to turn to Ashley she said. "You need to get outta here...NOW!!"
