Job: She's a Special Circumstance (she stops chaos... and destruction of the world as well)
Race: Human but she's inhuman as well
Powers: She has teeth shaped as canines, sharp nails that can cut through metal, inhuman speed, impossible strength, almost unbreakable fiberglass bones, nanos that repair any injuries in a matter of minutes, inhuman senses and impossibly fast reflexes. She also has email system and voicemail/phone system installed into her as well as thermal screen so that she can see anyone's heat when she can't see them normally. She also has night vision. I think that's it...
Good or Evil: Good, fighting the evil that was programmed into her.

Looks: Well she was programmed to look perfectly beautiful and cruel so here goes. She has even full lips, pink and glossy. She has perfectly tilted, almond shaped dark brown almost black eyes. She has perfectly pale white skin, full of scars up and down her arms from the elbow down to her hand, from cutting herself. She is not skinny nor fat, but perfectly muscular and sinewy. She has flash tattoo's framing her face that spin with her heart beat. She is normal height I guess but more short.
Her teeth are are canine like and much sharper, her nails are clean and look nice but are lethal. She has semi-long dark brown hair that falls down to her neck. Her dress style isn't really described, but she wears a sneak suit which is armor plated and keeps her invisible. SHe wears anything armor plated and hides her thermal heat.

History: Well I'll start where the books start. (this'll take a while)
Tally was two weeks away from her sixteenth birthday, which meant she'd be turned from a hopelessly, scarred, unsymetrical and plain old ugly, well, Ugly into a perfectly beautiful fun loving Pretty. She wouldn't have anymore school or jobs after the operation. All of her scars and pimples would be rubbed away and her skin would be replaced with a new type of skin, she wouldn't get anymore scars or pimples. Her skin would be flawless and she could look like she wanted to, and finally meet back up with her already turned pretty friend Peris.
She meets another Ugly who hasn't yet changed Pretty and coincidentally their birthday is on the same day. Shay. Shay doesn't want to turn Pretty so she decides to go to The Smoke where her friends had escaped to before... and she had chickened out. This time she wants Tally to go with her. Tally desperately wants to be turned Pretty, but she wants her friend too. Shay leaves a note in code that only Tally will understand, just in case Tally wants to come before she gets turned Pretty. Special Circumstance knows all about the runaways and The Smoke, they just don't know where it is. Special Circumstances knows that Tally knows where The Smoke is. They blackmail her into going and then setting off a position finder, which she does set off... but by accident when she throws it in a fire to prove she wasn't one of them.
Special Circumstances comes to return all of the Smokies back to their original cities, but Tally and David both get away. David's mom was a Neaurosurgeon who found a cure for the Pretty way of living which meant a legion in the brain causing them to be care free and forget everything about when they were Uglies. Tally decides to take a chance and signs a lease for her to take the pills, though she is an Ugly. Uglies don't have the lesions. She goes and becomes a Pretty.
She has a Pretty life and blah blah blah. One day she meets Zane properly and they fall in love with each other. They both take a pill each because Tally was scared to take them. Little did she know that one destoyed the part of the brain with th lesion with nano's and the other stopped them from destroying the rest of the brain. Zane ends up with the wrong one and it eats away at his brain. She has a fight with Shay and Shay goes crazy. She becomes a Cutter. Tally finds the New Smoke, to see if they could help Zane, they do but it has already destroyed certain parts of his brain. Shay tells Special Circumstance where Tally and the New SMoke is. Tally won't leave Zane to Special Circumstance by himself and to get David and the rest of the New Smoke away she insults him so that they will go and get away.
Tally gets turned into a Special against her own will, because Shay convinced them. Shay is now a Special too. Tally is unsettled and is given a chance to find the New Smoke again and she takes it... to destroy the Smoke once and for all. She finds that the Smoke is a whole CITY! called Diego. Her and Shay accidentally started a war when they destroyed the armory in their own city a while back. Their city of course thought it was Diego doing this and llaunched a war on them. Shay is now a Special but less lethal and her angry temper has been removed along with the rest of the Specials. Tally is the only full blown Special left. She plans to stay that way, because of Dr.Cable's last plea.
I think that's it because Extra's isn't really about her.

Personality: She has different personalities, because she keeps getting changed. But she is always undecided and apparently very vicious and has a hard time keeping her temper under control so that she doesn't snap someone's head off. She has a very cruel sense of humour and is very intelligent.
Likes: She likes being in the wild, undisturbed.
She likes Hoverboarding
She likes Cold Water splashing onto her face from the river.
She likes David (obviously)
She likes high speed chases with the victims fighting back

Banking a sharp turn over the river, I looked around me at the growing stillness of the wilderness around me. Angling my hoverboard downward, I sank down as close to the raging river as I could. Feeling the cold water splash across my cruelly acute sensors all over my face, kept me icy... in control. I'd finally found my side in life and I had finally made the decision to choose David. Zane-la was gone, and it was all my fault. I had to forget about the war that had gone on though, the world had changed. Everything had settled and the Earth was safe for now. That was what mattered. Shay was still my frenemy, and we distanced ourselves unless a Special Circumstance occured. Which wasn't very often now a days.
I eased my board away from the river and stepped off of it easily, my crash bracelets catching me, preventing me from falling backwards into the river, not that I would or could for that matter. My board followed obediently behind me until we hit a spot without a metal grid to power the board, reaching out I caught it, easy as that. I smiled, I had still not let down Dr.Cable. Specials were not extinct... yet. "Why me?" I whispered out into the open air. That was the big question. Why me? My thoughts echoed in my head.
